Where are your thobes sourced from?
Our thobes are sourced directly from Ajman in the UAE. We work with an established garment supplier who produces authentic Gulf-style thobes using premium fabrics. Every piece is imported directly to our Virginia location and shipped from there to you.
What fabric are your thobes made from?
Our Classic Thobe is made from a premium cotton-polyester blend, chosen for its breathability, wrinkle resistance, and durability. The fabric holds its shape and color wash after wash — and the wrinkle resistance means you can wear it straight from the bag with no ironing needed.
How does the hem tape work?
Every thobe ships with professional iron-on hem tape and step-by-step instructions. Fold the hem to your desired length, place the tape inside, and press with a hot iron for 10–15 seconds. No sewing required. You get a clean, professional hem at home in minutes.
How does embroidery work?
Add embroidery to any thobe for +$20. During checkout enter your name or initials and choose English or Arabic script. Your embroidery is applied to the left sleeve in gold thread. Embroidery orders take an extra 2–3 business days before shipping. Embroidered items are final sale.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to all 50 US states only. We hope to offer international shipping in the future. Follow us on Instagram @atheerapparel for updates.

What is your bundle discount?
Add any 2 pieces to your cart and receive 5% off automatically. The discount applies to any combination of thobe, scarf, and turtleneck. You can also use the Craft Your Look builder on our homepage to mix and match and see the discount applied in real time before adding to cart.
How do I care for my thobe?
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle. Do not tumble dry — hang to dry immediately after washing. Iron on low heat inside out if needed. Store folded rather than on a hanger to maintain shape. For embroidered pieces dry cleaning is recommended.
My order arrived damaged or incorrect — what do I do?
Email us immediately at hello@atheerapparel.com with a photo of the issue and your order number. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund with no hassle. We stand behind every order we ship.
